The Company

Engineering Excellence Since 2020

MAC Engineering, Projects and Consultancy was established in 2020 within the MAC Partners Group, specializing in engineering, projects and consultancy services. Our focus lies in providing engineering and technical support to mining and construction companies in Ghana and West Africa.

Fully registered with the Minerals Commission and the Registrar General's Department, we operate a business structured around three key activity areas: Aftermarket Services, Engineering and Construction Services, and Consulting and Project Management.

Our motto - "Partnering for Success" - reflects our commitment to being a true collaboration partner focused exclusively on the success of customer projects and operations.

CEO, Managing Director

Entrepreneur with 23+ years in the mining industry. Former Managing Director of Metso Minerals Ghana for 12 years. MSc Mechanical Engineering from Norwegian University of Science & Technology.

Thomas K. Owusu

Technical Director

Seasoned Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer with 27+ years in mining, processing and power sectors. Former key positions at AngloGold Ashanti, Newmont and Barrick Gold.

Ing. Seth Ahene

Executive Director, Civil & Construction

Civil & Structural Engineer with 30+ years of project management experience across AngloGold Ashanti, Lycopodium Ltd, Noble Gold and Orica Ltd across Africa and the Middle East.

Casper Dzomeku

Non-Executive Director

30+ years in Mineral Processing. Led the engineering design of the 2.4M tpa Ma'aden Gold Project in Saudi Arabia. MSc from Camborne School of Mines UK and Executive MBA from GIMPA.
